These Terms and Conditions govern the CAD Therapeutics Internal Operations Alerts SMS program (the “Program”), operated by CAD Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CAD Therapeutics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Program sends one nightly summary text message, at approximately 10:00 PM Eastern Time, describing the work performed that day by the CAD Ad Studio bot team. Messages are sent from the Twilio phone number (917) 590-4077.
The Program is an internal operations program only. It does not send marketing or promotional messages, and it is not used to recruit patients or study participants.
The Program is available only to authorized CAD Therapeutics personnel. It is not open to the public, and members of the public cannot enroll.
An authorized CAD Therapeutics staff member opts in by providing their mobile phone number directly to the Program administrator and agreeing to receive Program messages. The Program administrator then enrolls that number. We record the date and time of each person’s consent. We do not enroll anyone who has not given consent, and we do not obtain mobile numbers from third parties.
Consent to receive Program messages is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
Message frequency: about 1 message per day (one nightly summary at approximately 10:00 PM ET). You will also receive a one-time confirmation message if you reply STOP, and a response if you reply HELP.
Msg & data rates may apply. CAD Therapeutics does not charge for Program messages; any charges are from your wireless carrier under your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any Program message or texting STOP to (917) 590-4077. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further messages from the Program. You may also opt out by emailing admin@cadtherapeutics.com.
For help, reply HELP to any Program message or email admin@cadtherapeutics.com.
If you opted out and want to receive messages again, you may text START to (917) 590-4077 or contact the Program administrator at admin@cadtherapeutics.com to re-enroll. Re-enrollment is available only to authorized CAD Therapeutics personnel, and we will record the date and time of your renewed consent.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or notify the Program administrator so we can stop sending messages to it.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled personnel.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
